В Хабаровске экс-директора КГКУ «Краевой имущественный комплекс» будут судить за пособничество в мошенничестве в особо крупном размере и злоупотребление должностными полномочиями.
Согласноверсии следствия, руководитель КГКУ с 2020 года по май 2021-го при организации аукционов по приобретению в краевую собственность жилых помещений для детей-сирот и инвалидов предоставлял знакомой ИП, которая оказывала риэлтерские услуги, сведения. Эта информация касалась планируемых закупочных процедур, количества участников закупки, текущем положении поданной заявки, а также необходимости снижения запрашиваемой цены.
За этот период за счет бюджета края у индивидуального предпринимателя было куплено 20 квартир. Часть из них не соответствовала условиям конкурса по квадратуре. При этом по договоренности кадастровый инженер вносила заведомо ложные сведения в технический план жилого помещения, завышая его площадь.
Другая часть квартир закупалась по наивысшей цене, поскольку условия конкурсов подготавливались под имеющиеся у предпринимателя жилые помещения, создавая препятствия для других участников рынка недвижимости.
Сумма причиненного ущерба составила более 15,7 млн рублей.
По этому уголовному делу обвиняемыми также являются начальник отдела закупок КГКУ «Краевой имущественный комплекс» за пособничество в мошенничестве и злоупотребление в сфере закупок, индивидуальный предприниматель — за мошенничество, кадастровый инженер — за внесение заведомо ложных сведений в технический план жилого помещения, а также риелтор за пособничество в мошенничестве и подстрекательство к внесению заведомо ложных сведений в технический план жилого помещения.
Прокурор края обратился в суд с иском о возмещении ущерба, причиненного преступлением.
Уголовное дело будет рассматриваться в Центральном районном суде краевой столицы.
