Вот в материале «В Хабаровском крае сравнительно недорого продается налаженное производство», размещенном на сайте khabarovsk.md, сотрудники фирмы Otis по производству и поставке лифтов, обнаружили информацию о своей организации, которая на их взгляд, не совсем отвечает действительности на момент публикации. В одной из фраз специалиста завода им. Горького, напомню, прозвучало: «…сейчас, когда фирма Otis , а это лифты и лифтовое хозяйство, ушла с российского рынка, нам с нашими лебедками есть шанс подняться».
Представители фирмы обратили наше внимание, что согласно официальному пресс-релизу корпорации Otis Worldwide, они приостанавливают прием новых заказов на поставку лифтового и эскалаторного оборудования. «Мы продолжим выполнять обязательства по текущим заказам на новое оборудование, включая осуществление отгрузок лифтового оборудования, а также будем предоставлять услуги по техническому обслуживанию оборудования в строгом соответствии со всеми требованиями применимого законодательства, — говорится в письме компании в редакцию. — Все заводы Otis, находящиеся на территории России, продолжают функционировать в прежнем режиме».

In light of these developments and the ongoing supply chain disruptions, we have reassessed our operations in Russia — approximately 2% of our 2021 revenue, based mostly on New Equipment sales. As a result, we are not taking new elevator and escalator orders and will make no new investments in the country for the time being.
Guided by our values, we are working diligently to ensure we do the right thing for our colleagues impacted by this decision. We will continue to fulfill our existing agreements and provide essential equipment maintenance services, as possible, while remaining in full compliance with all sanctions».
